Customer Data

This facility enable existing customers to find relevant and important information about your account details plus be able to change your password. However, you must login using your username and password for your account.

Your Invoice

Please note that there is a $5 account fee for paper invoices posted out to you and a $1 account fee for faxing an invoice to you and for each subsequent reprint.

Save money by select to receive your invoice via email. You can print it yourself for your record if required.

Payment Methods

1. Automatic payment on every bill
If you don't want to worry about paying your bills, you can have them paid automatically using the Ai Tel automatic payment by credit card then, call +61 (08) 8125 8811 and let us know to deduct the total amount of your future bills from your credit card account. Credit Card details can only be viewed at the time of entry after which they will be encrypted and stored in our database for automatic processing.

Your account will be paid from your credit card on the day of the invoice is sent out to you.

2. Payment over the Internet
Ai Tel currently offers one Internet payment option:

Bpay - contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to make this payment directly from your cheque, savings or credit card account. When prompted simply enter the Biller Code and your Reference (Ref:) number as shown on your bill.

Credit Card - You can login in to My Account to pay by Credit Card

3. Payment over the phone
Ai Tel offers two telephone payment options:

Bpay - contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to make this payment directly from your cheque, savings or credit card account. When prompted simply enter the Biller Code and your Reference (Ref:) number as shown on your bill.

Credit card - you can pay your bill by credit card each month by simply picking up the phone 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and dialling +61 (0)8 8125 8811. Make sure your have your credit card handy and our Contact Centre staff will take you through the process. Ai Tel accepts Visa, and MasterCard. (Please note that transaction limits may apply)

4. Pay by mail
If paying by mail suits you better, you can send us a cheque or money order. Cheques should be made out to "Ai Tel Pty Ltd" enclosed with  the lower portion of your invoice with your cheque or money order. Send these to the following address.

5. Pay in person
Print out your Ai Tel account and bring it with you to our office to make your payment via cash, cheque or credit card.
